MES works closely with many institutions and the Ministry of Finance to design and implement evaluation and monitoring capacity-building programs within the public sector. MES has been actively involved with supporting and assisting the formation of evaluation societies for a number of countries in Asia and Africa and the International Organization for Cooperation in Evaluation (IOCE).
MES works in close collaboration with the IOCE by actively participating in the IOCE  programs. This includes cross fertilization of evaluation practice and theory addressing international challenges in evaluation, building evaluation leadership and capacity especially in developing countries.
